L425 - Leak Caused by Routine Maintenance?

I believe I have caused a leak by performing much needed maintenance. According to the L325 Operator's Manual (seems to be the same as my L425) the 4 zerks fittings on the wheels ( L325; Operator's Manual p. 21) require periodic lubrication w/ "a good quality bearing grease until it comes out around the inside axle hub", so I did that.

I filled all 4 with 5-6 pumps of a grease gun a few days ago. Now I have a really nice ATF leak coming from the lower pan closest to the right-rear wheel. According to the manual these are axle seals. Not sure if I caused this or exactly what has happened, but wanted to run this by a few fellow owners who are more familiar with these machines.

In addition, I cleaned the suction filter and the reservoir breather, changed two hydraulic filters and engine oil filter.

Leak is just too bad to ignore. Seems to be a decent little machine still that just needs some maintenance that I hope to perform.

Appreciate any advice before I dive into this.

Thanks.
