anyone tried to use to curved door on the older square cab? does the hinges and latches still work, just the curved part at the top has to be filled in? Long store short the door on my bobcat is the older style door with the reverse swing, and it's hard to get glass for it. more importantly than that it doesnt have wiper fluid. g series doors can be got for pretty cheap it seems so was just curious thanks

Yes, I did it in my F Series 763. You have to cut off the looped handles on the cab. The G hinges bolt right on. The major issue was the flat cab frame versus the upper curve of the door. I have a talented Heating and Air guy who has a sheet metal brake. I mocked up the "gap filler" with cardboard and duct tape and he did miracles with metal. It fits great and works perfectly with the factory door seal. I used the factory latch and a latch pin from the auto parts store. I'm on my second winter with the door and am very happy with it. I changed out the factory headlights for LED lights and all is well when moving snow. When I put on the door I also installed a heater. It is one that sits next to the seat. I ran a flex tube up that can be directed towards the door for de-fogging. I also installed a 6" fan (ceiling mount) to move the warm air around. I have thick rubber sheeting to fill the gap at the bottom of the door. I think solid metal would make for too high a step into the machine. Overall, the installation looks like a factory piece. http://s1155.photobucket.com/user/rubi57/media/Bobcat%20763%20Door%203_1.jpg.html?o=0 http://s1155.photobucket.com/user/rubi57/media/Bobcat%20763%20Door%202.jpg.html?o=2 http://s1155.photobucket.com/user/rubi57/media/3852e160-e6ea-4a32-83b6-4aa37659c846.jpg.html?o=4 http://s1155.photobucket.com/user/rubi57/media/3f9195dd-42c1-4204-ad82-597f344c102b.jpg.html?o=6 Hope this helps you out
