Hydraulic oil pressure warning comes when bobcat is cold. Should i replace hydraulic oil filter? It has never been changed

Yes, change the filter but that may not be the problem.

When the hydraulic filter gets clogged there is a relief valve, in the filter, that opens so oil still gets circulated even though it is no longer filtered.
