The starter on my 7753 recently crapped the bed and shorted to ground. I ordered another from Amazon and swapped it out and it just clicked so I assumed it came with a bad solenoid. I ordered a DB Electrical and installed it and it just clicks too however jumping the solenoid and starter connections cranks the engine over. I noticed the solenoid has a "S" and "R" terminal whereas my old starter solenoid only had one. I have the wire from the switch going to the "S" but maybe I need to wire something to "R" to get this solenoid to kick in the starter?
