That is an older style machine. The two wing nuts are for high and low levels. Open the bottom one and if oil flows the level is ok. No hydro dipstick on this one.
Now the glow plug, that will not be fun at all, you may need a shop to get it out of the head. You may get lucky drilling it out, but it will not be easy.
To try and start it, prime the fuel system by opening the bleed screw on the injector pump and puming the hand p rimer till it feels firm. Ensure the stop cable is not pulled. Crank and see if you get white smoke. If so, a shot of WD40 into the air intake while someone is cranking should get it to fire.
In cooler weather, starting without plugs is pretty well useless.
Hopefully Antfarmer can get you going.

Every time you play with it put a little pb blaster on the broke glow plug

So fix the wire harness (replace it with another one I have and repin it the same as existing one). How do I wire the glow plug up again I forgot where you said to run the wire to.

I would just fix it...........and there are two soliniods to the left one goes to the starter the other goes to the glow plug in the back.........have you tried wd 40 in the intake and jump the starter yet?.......remember to pick it up first

Sorry I have been fulling around with it. I think that is how I was jumping it. It was cranking and there was some white smoke but no real "fart" or turn over noise. One of the injector was leaking diesel out of the block so it may not have been tight. Also there was some diesel coming out of the injector pump when I was cranking it. Everything seems tight on the injector pump but it is so hard to get a wrench on it (very hard). Any Ideas???

Did you spray wd40 in it?....... I have never messed with a pump Tazza or someone else needed for this most everything else I can take care of

I did spray wd40 before I tried to crank it. Not sure if it needs to sprayed while cranking on not.

Did you get the plugs fixed so you can turn the key and use the glow plugs .......look and see if its leaking from the rubber hoses or the bleeder valve

I agree to not worry too much about the wiring just yet.
Ensure you have coolant in the radiator first.
As i mentioned in my email, lift the wheels up, turn the brake off, prime injector pump, ensure the stop cable is not pulled and the arm is not in the stop position under the pump. Crack nuts at injectors then crank with a jumper from the big +ve cable from the starter to the small pin on the starter solenoid till you get fuel at the injectors. Tighten the tube lines then see if you get white smoke.
If it smokes, you are getting fuel. Hook up the remaining glow plugs with a heave wire to the +ve battery terminal for 30-60 seconds and crank again, see if it fires. WHen going disconnect the plugs.

Tazza when it was cranking earlier diesel was bubbling out out of cylinder 2 and somewhere at the front of the injector pump so is the injector 2 not tight enough as well as most likely one of the injector lines on the pump?

As far as the broken glow plug, I have had some luck with welding a washer over it, and then a nut to that. The old GM 6.5's would always mushroom at the tip and had to try to pry or slide hammer them out. Was worth a try before pulling the heads!
