Somehow today the key broke off in my ignition switch while I was working and the spare key and key ring are in the field somewhere. Question, are all Bobcat skidsteer keys the same and can I just grab another from the dealer or ebay? Or do I need to replace the ignition switch and if so, what is the part number or a ebay link? I don't really need the security of a keyed switch so if there is an alternative non-key switch I would be interested in that as well. My existing switch seems to be 3-position OFF-RUN-START.

i used a friends of mines s130 key in someone elses e80 mini excavator last year.....so i think it should work fine.
I managed to extract the broken key and got a few made at the local locksmith for $2ea. I had to remove the console and the ignition switch and push a pin through the lock from the backside to eject the broken key. I will probably find the spare on the keyring tomorrow laying in the field.
