Just got the thing all back together. Ran it for 20 min. Only 75 degrees outside and I heard three beeps. Looked at the control panel and saw the High Coolant Temp light was on. I quickly parked it. I noticed the coolant reservoir was over full and some has squirted out the little hole in the cap. I've read about a temp sensor potentially being bad. But that does not make sense. Sound like that is working to me. Any thoughts?

If the thermostat was stuck. Would the coolant reservoir get hot?
It could if the coolant was boiling......
The best check is to look for bubbling in the overflow bottle. It is possible the head is cracked causing air pockets and over flowing the coolant bottle
