This is still unresolved,, I checked and cleaned all the grounds i am aware of, replaced the computer, wiring harness and the key switch ( they were badly weathered) all the sensors and now the temperature gauge fluctuates and locks the loader.
Did you find all of the grounds some are hidden and don't forget the main one off the battery Any schematics of the grounds? I have cleaned, sanded and repaired all the grounds around the battery and the 2 behind the seat/cab
I'm not sure if i missed any hidden grounds. I did a test with a volt meter,, positive side of the battery positive side of tester negative side of tester to positive feeds and it shows a positive wire grounded. Would a coil or sensor not working create a ground?
I have ran thru the wires several times and have yet to spot any damage. After replacing the sensors the codes have been removed, however the loader locks up and will not move and may show NONE or several other codes
Replaced seals in the upper and lower spools on control valve. Worked for a few hours now it is leaking from a small hole on the bottom of the control valve,, b mclean
i left the cab up (the lights are out) and the rain leaked into the panel, it comes on but the buttons light up randomly can this be repaired or replace ? bill
