what is the right way to re-place fuel filter on S175

how do I move my S175 I have blown a hydro line somewhere behind the seat lift arm is half way up and the bucket is pointing down. I need to get it into my garage some how to work on it. and also will the cage go up with the lift arm half way up? it is stuck in my drive way with snow on the way...

looking to upgrade to a S175 sell my 743 will I be sorry please help don't want to make a big mistake, 743 runs good small loss in power but always starts.

I need to change the fuel gate not sure if that is what it is called but just above the oil filter there is a rod connected to this part it increases the RPM's it has become sloppy and leaks oil is this hard to change, and or how do I go about this. any help thank you
