Does in push and if you leave the foot pedal engaged....... It's a motor issue. I was beginning to think that, but you confirmed that. Was going to call the engine builder, but since it revs up fine, then it's most likely a timing issue or the governor. How does one adjust the governor linkage...
Replaced hydraulic filter when we put the motor back in. Put new hoses on at the same time. New hydraulic valve also. Put another new filter on? Hmm, not sure, but I think so. It just bogs the motor down when pushing hard or going up hill. Charge pressure, ok, how does one check that? Thanks
Just stuck a couple thousand in the motor. Before this moving up hill or pushing dirt wasn't a problem other than the motor had issues. It moved dirt better before even though it was basically dead on 2 cylinders. Any suggestions? Thanks
I have an ancient dinosaur. It's a M970...... Gas tank has a leak in it, so am going to have to build a new one. What are everyone's thoughts on building one out of aluminum vs steel? The factory metal one is pretty thin and am not going to be able to match that and on top of that, it will not...
maybe you already have it and i haven't been able to see it, but is there a way to search within the entire website? sometimes when looking for something, I don't always know where to look exactly, so if there is a way to search the entire forum at times, that would be great.
I'm assuming it's the valve that needs rebuilding, but was just wondering if there was some other linkage that might be responsible for it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
When pushing the foot pedal to raise bucket, the bucket drops until you fully engage the pedal. Can drop very quickly if not careful. Just started doing this. What would be the cause? Thanks
