Guys, I replaced the blower motor on my Bobcat A300 (it was seized), and now while the air that comes out is hot or cold (heat/cool), there is no volume of air. Both interior and exterior filters are new. Any ideas?
Does anyone know how to access the steering cylinder on an A300? One of my cylinders has a horrible leak; while I know how to replace cylinder seals, I can't figure out how to get to the steering cylinders.
Guys, my auxiliary hydraulic switch doesnt work all of a sudden. Is there a fuse or mechanical reason why the switch no longer lights up or turn on aux hydraulics?
Well, I didn't do any of the recommended fixes and the next day "a little peddle pressure" got it unlocked. All was fine for about 5 days and then the Gremlin Struck and I had the Hydraulic leak from Hell... right at the solenoid where the bar attached to the foot pedal hooks is connected...
Anyone know where you can purchase the plugs for electrical connections from Bobcat to attachments? n I have have two attatchments that come with non-standard connections and would like to make it simpler to connect to my machines. The local Bobcat dealer here sells assemblies at around $150...
I have an 853 that I've been using to do some ground leveling with the pedal/lift arms in the "float" mode... and now it's stuck. I can't get it out of float to pick up the bucket... help!
Found the leak. Took a tip from my son, cleaned the engine, opened the side access panels and sprinkled baby powder everyhere... as soon as the leak started I knew exactly where it was. Neat trick!
I have an 853 and recenlty had problems where my lift arm drops, needing constand "up"n to keep it from hitting the ground. Since this started, I'm going through about 1/2 gal of hydraulic fluid every hour and I CAN'T find my leak. Fluid ends up draining through the bottom of my machine. Any ideas?
You're going to love this. The previous owner had appearantly replaced the pickup tube too, and also the return tube. Then he'd installed them backwards! The effect is that when the tank was full and the vehicle wasn't bouncing around, it would pull fuel from the return line. I think that the...
OK guys, I'm stumped. After the initial un-plug with the banjo bolt, the problem repeats. After about 5 minutes of operation the 853 acts fuel starved. If I go to the fuel line hand pump, it is not sucked close, however it is soft. After 5-10 squerzes the ball is hard and the machine runs fine...
Yep, it is called a banjo bolt. Thanks for the hint on the upstream fuel line, I'll replace it. I couldn't tell what debris was in the bolt, when removed a bunch of fuel came out and it cleared the plug. After about an hour of recent operation I had a repeat of the problem...I'll see if the bolt...
I ended up purchasing a Kaufman 22 foot equipment tilt trailer with steel bed. http://www.kaufmantrailers.com . This trailer was exactly what I needed. I can haul my skidsteer, any attachments needed, and the fixed deck alowed me to bolt on a transfer tank. The price was good, and delivery fee...
