    Tires/rims for 763 bobcat

I do a lot of work in soft ground. Do not have tracks and can't afford them. Wanted to know if I could put 12x16.5 tires on my OEM 8.25" rims. Thought the extra width would help more with floatation. Thank you.

    763g jerks

Thanks Tazza. I will keep your post for future reference. Does this website ever have problems like locking up so that your curser (mouse) doesn't do anything? I tried two times to post on Saturday 08/12/17 but each time I got 1/2 - 3/4 through the postings and the site would not work. I...

7LBSMALLIE. Am going to look at this to see what I can find out. Thank you. Tazza: Just spent considerable time typing another post. Couldn't see how to copy it. Hit preview. Lost it. Found out I somehow was "logged off" forum. Have no idea how that happened. Getting really frustrated....don't...

    763g jerks

Hi all....I read some posts/replies about ajrancher (Bill) and his 863 jerking. I have a 2000 763g I bought new. I have 6,200 hours on it. I run it at full rpms when operating. At full rpms and just easing into the drive levers in forward or reverse I feel as though I am on a bucking bronco. I...

    Seat bar on 753

Hi....not having even looked at my 763g mounting set up......are there two bolts on each side of the seat, one above the other? If so, could you use longer bolts and put some washers under the bottom bolts to use as spacers to tilt the front of the bar up?????

voltage loss on 2000 763G bobcat

Hello Mr. "down under" Tazza. Guess I will have to - Google - thermal fan and a blower unit from a car and a speed controller resistor pack since I am not familiar with them. I have found "case fans and mini box fans" that I was considering but was not sure they would be what I need - ie; 12v dc...

voltage loss on 2000 763G bobcat

Hi guys....trying this again...typed this once and hit post but it disappeared ...must have hit a wrong key. I need to find a 12v-Dc fan for a cab heater I am building. Axial? With/without bearings? Looked online at different websites to the best of my uneducated ability. Only thing I could see...

voltage loss on 2000 763G bobcat

Hi Tazza: Saw a video on U-tube of a guy from Canada that bought a small heater core from NAPA for $40, some heater hose, and used a small 12v fan to build a wood box to contain everything. He said it worked great. He hooked the hoses up to connections at thermostat/water pump. Soon as I build...

voltage loss on 2000 763G bobcat

Thanks Tazza. I guess I won't try for a patent on my heater scheme. I'll see if I can locate a inexpensive heater core/fan.....later

voltage loss on 2000 763G bobcat

Forgot to ask a question about heating cab...I bought a CHEAP 12v plug into cigarette lighter heater from Harbor freight. Then....read reviews ...everything negative nothing positive so I haven't even attempted to hook it up. Was thinking about trying to rig up a four inch diameter tube from...

voltage loss on 2000 763G bobcat

OK me again. Got the antifreeze changed. Took off the reservoir and it was totally black on .....inside!!!.....even had a dead wasp inside. I believe it is because of black exhaust leak from seam around end of muffler somehow being drawn inside. Cleaned it out with ..shampoo.. and brushes. After...

voltage loss on 2000 763G bobcat

Hi guys: I've got my unit home in the polebarn where I can check it out and service it. Tazza....I checked the voltage on the battery with my multi-meter and it read 11.68 V. I then hooked up a short jumper wire from positive terminal on battery to ignition/key post on starter and it did crank...
