Just a guess here but would look for a bad groundalso replaced the seat bar sensor and now it reads 12-23,7-11,6-11
May also want to check what the charging system voltage is when it's at full throttle.Just a guess here but would look for a bad ground
I checked the grounds, I checked the alternator at the battery and it was 14.57May also want to check what the charging system voltage is when it's at full throttle.
Mouse nest?I checked the grounds, I checked the alternator at the battery and it was 14.57
I have ran thru the wires several times and have yet to spot any damage. After replacing the sensors the codes have been removed, however the loader locks up and will not move and may show NONE or several other codesMouse nest?
Did you find all of the grounds some are hidden and don't forget the main one off the batteryI have ran thru the wires several times and have yet to spot any damage. I'm not sure if i missed any hidden grounds. I did a test with a volt meter,, positive side of the battery positive side of tester negative side of tester to positive feeds and it shows a positive wire grounded. Would a coil or sensor not working create a ground?Did you find all of the grounds some are hidden and don't forget the main one off the battery

I have cleaned, sanded and repaired all the grounds around the battery and the 2 behind the seat/cabI'm not sure if i missed any hidden grounds. This is still unresolved,, I checked and cleaned all the grounds i am aware of, replaced the computer, wiring harness and the key switch ( they were badly weathered) all the sensors and now the temperature gauge fluctuates and locks the loader.Did you find all of the grounds some are hidden and don't forget the main one off the battery Any schematics of the grounds? Have you tried disconnecting the alternator to just check that it is not over voltage? very odd issueThis is still unresolved,, I checked and cleaned all the grounds i am aware of, replaced the computer, wiring harness and the key switch ( they were badly weathered) all the sensors and now the temperature gauge fluctuates and locks the loader.
I had the alternator tested.Have you tried disconnecting the alternator to just check that it is not over voltage? very odd issue
Maybe it is getting warm but not over heating, the erratic gauge is bafflingI had the alternator tested.
Loose or bad connection on gauge or sender clean and check fuses and relaysMaybe it is getting warm but not over heating, the erratic gauge is baffling
Thank you Taz and AntLoose or bad connection on gauge or sender clean and check fuses and relays
