It is very stout, and I added an internal 'high pressure' bypass for jam-up protection (very important) I also like that I can run it either direction, to clear tangles The deck takes a severe beating, my $500 mower is pretty trashed, but I have cleared lots of brush, very fast My BrushCat is much more robust, but still has 'rotary' issues, (throws 2" sticks everywhere) and doesn't do as nice of job as flail or shredder. CTL's don't have the HP or flow to really do a good job with a flail; need 100hp+, but there are several folks using them successfully janb</p></blockquote><p></p>
