We removed the EGR/Heat exchangerand blocked off the ports. We also feel that this machine had taken a bath at some point and so we filled the motor with Deisel and dropped 3 times, with running time of 2 minites, 1 1/2 minites, and 1 minit .  This week after finally getting time to work with the machine for an hour or more maybe 2 hours, and bringing the temp up I checked the oil every few minites and thanks to all yalls help the Engine oil was clean with no sighns of water in the engine any more. HOORAH.  The following we did because of the problems posted above.1. We changed the terminal ends on the battery cables with the solder in kind.2. We pulled the starter and had cleaned and fixed.3. We eliminated the EGR/Cooler by removing and blocking off the ports.4. We flushed the motor with Diesel by running 2 minites then dropping the diesel, we repeated running 1 1/2 minites then dropping, the 1 minite then dropping.5. We this last weekend ran the machine for about an hour or so and checked the dipstick frequently but have seen NO more sighns of oil contamination with coolant/water.Again thanks to all so very much, if any issues arise we will report back in, but maybe we have won the battle with the TAKEUCHI????</blockquote>
