I just gave it a complete service. I haven't painted it. I was very clean and straight when I bought it. Here are some pics:

Someone could have replaced a fitting or hose and restricted the bucket flow , unintentionaly Mike

I will check it for orifice restrictors this weekend on the tilt circuit. Thank you for your help.
