IF the final cover has two holes (one fill hole & one drain hole), then you want to drain the oil with the drain in its lowest position = call it 6 o'clock. once it is all done draining, reinstall the drain plug. Then, add BOBCAT final drive oil to the bottom of the fill hole. DO NOT top it off by rotating the fill plug to the 12 o'clock position. 2.) IF the final drive only has one hole, then rotate the hole until it is in the lowest position possible = call it 6 o'clock. Then, after it is through draining, move the machine until the fill hole is either at the 3 o'clock or the 9 o'clock position. Then, fill it up with BOBCAT final drive oil. AGAIN, DO NOT rotate the hole to the 12 o'clock position & top it off. THAT a very bad idea that is just begging for avoidable pain of expensive repairs. DON'T BE THAT GUY!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
