[QUOTE="BCATMECH25, post: 104968, member: 16777"] Okay since you already replaced your charge pressure sender and checked the pressure with a gauge then I would lean toward an electrical problem. At your charge sender harness you should have 3 blue wire. On the harness connector you should see letters A,B,C. The "A" is your power supply to the sender it should be around 7.5-8.0 volts with the machine running. The "B" is your ground circuit that gets its ground threw the machine's computer. The "C" is your signal wire back to the machine's computer to tell it what the pressure should be reading by measurement of the voltage drop accordingly from the sender's ohms. I would check the continuity on all three wires. Sometimes there could be an intermediate break in the wires causing the code to appear on and off at times. The last thing I had seen is that the machine's computer is shorting out internally which is hard to test unless you have a good knowledge of printed circuit boards or a test computer of the same part # and model. If it is a computer problem and it needs replaced you will have to have a Bobcat dealership program the new computer before it will work correctly or if you know someone who has the Bobcat service software.Keep us informed.
