If I squeeze the bulb, it will idle up when the throttle is said high, but it immediately go back to low throttle when I stop squeezing the bulb, I have changed the fuel filter and the fuel cap seems to be working properly. I cannot get the bulb to pump up hard when the bleeder valve is open, but when the bleeder valve is shut, it will pump up hard.</p></blockquote><p></p>
