S-185 Bob Cat

My left pedal does not lift; however, when the toe is depressed, I can press it to engage in float mode, but the bucket does not float. The right pedal lifts and tilts slowly. I hear the hydraulic fluid bye-passing (squealing) when the left pedal is operated. My question is, how do I adjust the linkage from the left and right pedal back to the tilt and lift spool? The pedals can be adjusted by losing the two mounting bolts, which move the pedal forward or backward. The attaching hardware and linkage are tight. Also, the tilt spool (the lower one) has two holes for adjustments, and the linkage is attached to the second position, the one closest to the module. I need your suggestions.
