By comparison, mine was pretty simple: http://www.skidsteerforum.com/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabid=54&frmView=ShowPost&PostID=31173 The original motor was a 16 hp Kohler Magnum, I replaced it with a 20 hp Launtop LT620 from Princess Auto. The Launtop is a copy of a Honda GX620; I go to Honda for spare parts for it; not that I have needed much. I'm nearly 3 years in and it has been awesome, way better motor than the Kohler ever was: more torque, starts easier, easy on fuel. In hindsight, I wish that I would have known about this motor, although I don't thnk that it is yet available: http://www.carrollstream.com/20HP_V_Twin_Diesel_Engine_With_Electric_Start_p/cs20v2.htm Maybe next time....
