Pops into the seal with a little pressure. The only thing I can think of is its something with the cap assembly, maybe the spring isnt aligned properly or something. I did replace the detent balls and springs, plug and o-ring. Maybe when i tightened it down the spring is backwards or lop sided. I don't know the cap moves around enough it should self center.</blockquote>
