I have a bobcat 520 with an aftermarket predator motor that has had some interesting engineering done to it. I had the coupler slide down the splined shaft and ruined the bearing on the pump. I've replaced that bearing but now I'm trying to figure out how to keep that coupler from sliding as there is no stop of any kind on either side. I'm wondering if anyone has a pic from the manual of what the pump side looked like originally. Maybe I should be trying to find a different coupler like the one pictured or perhaps build a better bracket but that seems like the least desirable option. Any thoughts? How is that thing supposed to not slide on those splines? Is the coupler just worn out? Thanks in advance.
