When I hook the fecon head up it only spins half speed and the skid steer arms drop and do t work right. When I have a bucket on the tilt leaks off immediately. The steering and drive work but feel weak turning. I changed all filters and fluid. I tested the hydro pressure at the valve body and filter port. All test great. What could it be?
