And someone else had revived that thread a few months back with no response.   I emailed some of the recipients of the manual,  but have not recieved an email back from anyone of them.  Just trying to get a new thread going to see if i can get any traction on finding a manual.It runs and does it's job.   But there are things that need attention and having a manual will greatly prevent me from asking a million questions here on this forum.
