Model confusion?? Help

I'm trying to figure out what model bobcat I have, let me start by saying that the plate with the info on is not legible? I know it's a 863 with a duetz diesel engine other than that I'm lost! Trying to order a manual and parts are trying for me and the wonderful person trying to help? 1999 is the year 863 is the size?

if you can find the VIn # its some times stamped on machine is a few area's
once you have that you can contact bobcat, and get exact info

also some times the info on the plate can be see if you take a good picture and zoom in on it, or use pencil and run it over it with thin paper to catch indented info!

You can supply Bobcat.com with the serial number of either of the drive motors or the hydrostatic pump and they will be able to give you all details. These all have identifying plates.
