Message: <blockquote data-quote="jrad235" data-source="post: 104206" data-attributes="member: 16683"><p>NJWBD, place the half sheave back on the splines as far as you can get it, take a ~6" piece of 2x4, wedge the end of it in between the jackshaft sheave halves and pry against the drive sheave(Loose) to drive the 2x4 into the jackshaft sheave, wedging it apart just barely enough to get the C-Clip back on. You will have very little clearance to get the clip on, and you may have to clamp the two halves with one hand and get the clip on with the other. Very frustrating, but doable.</p></blockquote><p></p>
