The starter relay and the glow plug relay look the same. They are both on the plate with the plastic cover behind the cab. There should be power on one big post on the relay and the circuit breaker should have power on both sides. My parts book says it's a 15 amp breaker. check that out. Does yours have a switch to operate the glow plugs or is it temp controlled through the EIC?</p></blockquote><p></p>
