Mike, I am new to forums, so If I'm not following etiquette or protocol, let me know. I too have a 2005 LS 185.b, 2 speed, no cab with similar issues. I bought the machine knowing it has issues, previous owner said it was a wiring problem?? Anyway, it appears the seat and seat belt safety switches have been disconnected(jumped), same for "run/service" switch. Engine starts and runs fine, however brakes and foot pedals won't unlock when we push the "unlock brake" on the instrument panel and machine won't move. Auxiliary hydraulic appear to be working. From reading this entire thread, do all the safety switches to be hooked up and operational or can they be "jumped" for testing purposes? You suggested the safety switches must be activated in a certain order? A poster from another forum suggested we do a Charge Pressure Drop Test--if you think that's necessary, what is it and how is it done? Appreciate your response.
