You can also move the controls, if manual, when the machine is off and this will lessen the pressure.If this is the coupler on the machine, in a housing, there is a spring behind the coupler, so be careful when removing it.I suggest going to bobcatpartsonline.com and enter your machines serial number and look at the exploded view of the part.
