2024 T86 with powered Bobtach. When back dragging a bucket, a loud metal bang will be heard. With sufficient bucket roll, you can see latch pins have retracted. Pins disappearing into bucket latching slots. Pins will return to engaged position once back dragging is stopped. Pins will stick out below bucket latching slots. Latch pins will also retract when pushing toothed bucket straight down into ground. Let off pushing bucket downward and latch pins will return to engaged position. In years of using a Bobcat T870, I never saw the pins retract under stress or load. The retracting of pins is a both safety issue, and looking to damage equipment. Anyone experience similar problems with latch pins retracting on newer powered Bobcat Bobtach? Any ideas as to what is causing pins to retract?
