The fuel tank will need to be removed. To do this the machine must be blocked up in the air enough for the fuel tank to be removed. Do not block under the wheels, only under the frame. Remove the skid plate from the bottom of the loader. remove the hose clamp holding the fill spout to the top of the tank. Remove the wires from the fuel sender. Remove the fuel line at the inline filter. From under the seat remove the hose clamp form the left side, as you stand behind the machine facing forward, and remove the cross over hose. If you have an electric fuel pump, pump all the fuel out of the tank. Do not try to remove the drain plug from the bottom of the tank. place a board on a floor jack and raise under the fuel tank. there are two plates at the rear of the fuel tank, remove them. there are also two support brackets at the front, remove or rotate out of the way. Lower the tank a few inches until you can get the leak off tube off the tank on the right top. Continue to lower tank and remove out of the way. Now you can access the covers for each axle. Be sure to do both sides.
