I agree the John Deere is a pile, its not ment to work on when it is dead in the water!! I don't have anything else to lift the boom up with, so I am going to try tomorrow with my bigazz battery off my 1967 ford 2000 diesel tractor and jump it after I somehow clean the terminals on the battery. It seems John Deere over engineers everything with crappy chinese junk, and you get a problem like this once its beatened to death for years, with only hot work maintenance being done, no preventive. Thanks guys, I will let you know what happens! ------------->dirtyhands
