I have a 2002 JD 317 skid steer. When starting, I loose current to the fuel solenoid. When I turn the key on, I hear the fuel solenoid click like it should; then when I try to start the machine, it will fire once, but not run, if I keep cranking, it will usually start after a few seconds and then run fine. If you listen, you can hear the solenoid activate a second time right before it starts. When testing with a test light, I turn the key on, I have juice to the solenoid, but once I start cranking it over, I loose juice, then it will usually come back after a few seconds and that's when it will start. I switched some relays under the throttle around, but that made no difference. There are no codes and if I run 12 volts directly to the solenoid, it will activate and start right up. It has done this since the day I bought it used, was told it had 2200 hrs, but the computer was replaced right before I purchased it, so I can't verify that. Any suggestions?
