The skid starts and moves (comes out of locked just fine) and the bucket will tilt.... But, the booms won't raise. Any thoughts on what to start checking? I am going to change the hydraulic oil filter because I have never done it. Also, the hydraulic oil restriction light is coming on in the display. I hate to ask an obvious question, but would a badle plugged filter cause the booms not to raise but the bucket to still tilt?</p></blockquote><p></p>
