how do i post a picture?

hi everyone..im new here and need to post a picture. can anyone help me out or is there already a post on this?

I use internet explorer, as it seems to work with the forum software.
Store the picture on a website like photobucket. Open it up, right click/copy then go to your post and right click/paste, it should show up.
It's not too hard.
