Message: <blockquote data-quote="metalpastor" data-source="post: 132078" data-attributes="member: 24363">New member and new owner of a WN SW28.  More skid loader than I imagined ever having.  It joins a 38 hp HST tractor to help us on our hobby horse farm.  We realized when the tractor was down for 10 days that we are too old to keep everything up without a loader so I was able to convince my wife to purchase another machine.  We also sell some horse feed which arrives on 2000# skids so we needed something that could handle that weight.  We have a small forklift that is fine for pavement but wanted something that could handle that weight on the grass and the SW28 answered that. I'm a retired metallurgical engineer that owned and operated a foundry for 20 years after learning the business 20 years working for others.  Sold the foundry and was called into ministry so the equipment also gets used for church property maintenance and the free firewood ministry we have had for 20+ years.
