Fermec backhoe sevice manual

Does anyone know where to look for a work shop service manual for a 1999 Fermec 860 4wd backhoe? The dealer wants $500 for it on cd!!! plus no ETA on getting it in.
My dads friend has one and needs info, so naturally i get the task of trying to find details.
Does anyone know where to start?
