It tilts up very slowly and doesn't real want to tilt down until you throttle it down. It almost feels like a valve is stuck somewhere and putting a drag on the engine. When raising the arms of you press the pedal ever so slightly it will jump right up, but if you push on it like you typically would it goes slow as hell.
