Before going out I used a pin release tool to scrap the sides of the male pins and used a o-ring pick to slightly dent the edges of the female pins. Blew snow for several hours and didn't have a single issue. All the cleaning and electrical spray and grease was just a temporary fix. Seems the fit on the connection point just isn't tight enough as the machine only has 500 hours and the blower probably only 20 or 30 hours and both sit inside heated.
