If so then I would think that the coil on the lock out solenoid has left the chat. I'm not sure how the S175 works but on my 763F one solenoid locks out both circuits, on your later model there could be a lock out solenoid on each circuit. My coil just threw the towel in the other day after a measly 26 years (lol) as a good coil should be 10 Ohms whereas mine was 1.4 Ohms.
