It has a new starter, alternator, battery and shut off solenoid. It cranks but will not start. It cranks 3 or 4 times beeps 3 times and then nothing happens. I have found it has 3 codes stored which are 22-03, 02-16 and 09-21. I have been trying for days to get something more out of this and I have read so many reports on this unit but I can not seem to figure out what is going on with this unit.
