When lifting the arms as soon as you stop lifting they seam to drop a few few inches all by themselves. When lifted they don't seam to settle a noticeable amount, just the first initial few inch drop. Also if you really trying to feather up on the arms, and are just lightly pushing to raise the lift the arms just drop to the ground.</p></blockquote><p></p>
