[QUOTE="BeeDude, post: 136989, member: 25399"] I have some answers and a similar problem as well. I have the manual for the mechanical components of this engine but not the electrical system. I just reached back out to CKPower in Missouri asking for the electrical parts catalog. It's a Kubota ZB600c-1. I have the same engine and same problem. It sat for a long time from what I can tell. I started at the beginning and I just keep going through the system until I can get it fired up. Still not firing. When I got it, it would turn over by hand but that's all I knew about it. New battery, new ignition switch, new fuel primer pump (2.5-4psi), new fuel lines to new fuel filter, new fuel lines to ignition pump, pulled ignition pump and tore it down and cleaned, installed it back and tested (works), flushed high pressure lines from ignition pump to injectors, pulled injectors and tore down, cleaned and tested (took a few times but they work), then hooked it back up to the engine and still not firing. I've primed lines until all air is out. My next plan is to replace glow plugs. On the electrical side of things I could be wrong but I believe my engine has a rectifier between the battery and glow plugs. When I put my voltage meter on the glow plugs and battery negative I was reading around 6v instead of the 12v the battery produces. My battery is a 900cca by the way, so plenty of go go juice in that thing. So I plan on replacing glow plugs next then testing compression of each cylinder and if that doesn't work then I'm going to take it out back and shoot it full of holes.... lol! But for real, what am I missing? This baby diesel engine is starting to get to me. This is my first engine to go through by the way so a lot of chat gpt and overseas youtube action on this old beast.
