Message: <blockquote data-quote="foton" data-source="post: 130836" data-attributes="member: 16041"><p>yes it does breathe,depending on the pressure valve in the cap that lets the air in and out at a certain rate, as the cylinder fill with oil air is let into the tank when fluid is pushed out of cylinders and returns to tank air is pushed out. you might want to look at that cap to make sure it is not restricted beyond factory specs.I would think 5-7 seconds is to much but I could be wrong.</p></blockquote><p></p>
