A bad turbo will still spin unless it is really bad which would be obvious. Check you engine oil level. If it's high, the transfer pump is leaking fuel into the crankcase. If it's low, the pump is possibly sucking oil out and into the fuel. A duetz will run without the pump even working, but have no power. If it's pressure is low and it's pulling oil, that could cause your problem.</p></blockquote><p></p>
