I'd check the 100 amp fuse and make sure the connections to it are tight. If your not familiar where it is. Follow the positive battery cable strait up about 8". That red cable goes into a black box just above the battery. Pry the little box open, inside is the main 100 amp fuse. Again, if the connections aren't tight or corroded that could be a possibility.
