We have a 743 that makes a loud clattering noise in the trans area under load driving. Drives fine slow & on flat ground but have to ease back on forward levers to go uphill without noise. Front 2 trans covers are off. Oil was low & milky. Axle bearings feel ok but one has slight end play. Final drive gears seem to have no movement by hand. Not sure what to remove next. Also can you pull the front off the pump to get the forward pump mount off to replace the trans cover properly, or is that a big deal? Any help appreciated
