My question is that I see no ignition resistor, unless the factory harness happens to contain resistance wire. I find no mention about this in the factory manual either. In my earlier years, I was an auto mechanic. It would have been common to run ignition voltage through a resistor to make the points last longer. In crank mode, the starter sent 12V to the coil to bypass the resistor. Any help would be appreciated.</p></blockquote><p></p>
