242b3 Cab nuts

Hey. I just purchased a 2010 242b3. I don't know if the cabs ever been off on this thing. The nuts are extremely rusted. I've tried snipes, impacts, and rust penetrating sprays. I can't can't them to budge at all. I don't want to use heat as they are so close to the windshield washer tank and connectors that makes me nervous.

Anyone have any other tricks or something I'm missing to get this thing opened up?

I had the same problem on a 244B, I had to cut the off and replace with new. Huge pain.
